Your Profile
General requirements
- Highly enthusiastic about the POHA concept
- Resilience & ability to succeed in a startup environment
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate across multiple functions
- Creative problem-solver with โcan-doโ attitude and a talent for getting things done
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
Job-related requirements
- A successfully completed education in the commercial and residential real estate field
- Customer orientation and pleasure in dealing with our tenants and business partners
- Sense of responsibility, because your tasks are self-organized, significant and decisive for our joint success
- Joy in designing โ together with our customers you will make the real estate fit for the future
Your Tasks
- Be an active team member, be involved
- First contact person for our tenants
- Active implementation of the daily business of the managed properties
- Independent correspondence with tenants, and service providers
- Commissioning and monitoring of service and utility contracts
- Processing of damage and insurance claims
- Invoice verification and account assignment as well as general customer service, correspondence and maintenance of property and owner data
- Involvement in budget planning as well as cost and deadline controlling during ongoing administration
- Letting of residential properties
- Organization of maintenance management, coordination of tradesmen and placing of orders
- Close cooperation with our accounting, technical and legal team
